We collect as little as we can, keep it safe, and never sell it.

What we collect
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address (and first name if you give it), the date, and which form you used.
- Orders: when you buy, Stripe processes your payment. We receive your email, name, the items you bought and the amount, so we can deliver your files and help with any problem. We never receive your full card number.
- Contact messages: your name, email and message.
- Download logs: which file was downloaded and when, to help with support.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your information.
- We don't run advertising trackers. There are currently no analytics cookies on this site.
Cookies and local storage
Your cart and any discount code you enter are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device, so your cart is still there when you come back. Nothing is sent to us until you check out. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page to process payments securely and prevent fraud.
Who processes your data
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores our sign-up, order and contact records.
- Stripe processes payments. See Stripe's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Order records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting. Contact messages are deleted when they're no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights, and we'll honour them.
Children
Our shop is meant for adults. Children are welcome to stitch our patterns with a grown-up, but we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
