Welcome to Hoop & Hearth. By using this website or buying from the shop, you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, so they're short.

1. What we sell

Hoop & Hearth sells digital products: PDF cross stitch patterns, printables, spreadsheets and guides. No physical goods are shipped. Fabric, thread and tools are not included.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Prices are confirmed on the secure checkout page before you pay. Discount codes must be valid at checkout and can't be combined unless stated.

3. Delivery

After payment you get immediate access to your files on your order page. Download links last 7 days and can be refreshed by reopening your order page. Please save your files somewhere safe.

4. License

Your purchase gives you a personal-use license described on the pattern license page. All designs, charts, text and images remain the property of Hoop & Hearth.

5. Refunds

See our refund policy. In short: if a file has a problem, we'll fix it or refund you.

6. Accounts and newsletter

You don't need an account to shop. If you join The Hearth Letter, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

7. Website content

Blog tutorials are shared in good faith for hobby use. Finished results depend on your materials and technique. Product previews are digital renders of the chart unless a photo is described as a stitched sample.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Changes
