About this pattern

Three different snowflakes in a row, worked in just two colors on navy fabric. Snowflakes are one of my favorite things to stitch: calm, rhythmic and so pretty when they're done.

The strip is 60 x 24 stitches (about 4.3 x 1.7 inches on 14 count Aida). With only two colors and lots of symmetry, it's easy to follow, and you'll find yourself stitching without looking at the chart after a while.

Stitch it as a long band for a shelf or a mug rug, turn it into a bookmark, or stitch each snowflake on its own as a little set of ornaments. It works on light fabric too, with a darker blue thread.

You get a full color chart, a black and white symbol chart, a large print chart, a Pattern Keeper compatible PDF and a floss key with DMC numbers. It's a digital PDF pattern, so no fabric or thread is included.

How do I get my pattern?

Right after checkout you land on your order page with download links for every file, plus a "download all" zip. Links work for 7 days, and you can reopen your order page anytime to get fresh links.

Is this a physical kit?

No. This is a digital PDF download. No fabric, thread or hoop is included and nothing is shipped. The floss key lists every DMC color you need.

How do I print it?

Print at 100% scale (or "actual size") on US Letter or A4 paper. The black & white chart saves ink and is easy to read. You can also stitch straight from a tablet.

Does it work with Pattern Keeper?

Yes. A Pattern Keeper friendly PDF is included, so you can import it and mark stitches off as you go. Backstitch (if any) is listed separately, because Pattern Keeper only tracks full crosses.

What is the free bonus pack?

Every order comes with a little thank-you: my one-page beginner cheat sheet and 3 bonus mini patterns (a star ornament, a tiny tree and a little mushroom). They appear on your order page next to your patterns.

Is there a discount if I buy several patterns?
