About this pattern
A little red toadstool with white spots, a sturdy cream stem and a leafy sprig growing beside it, straight out of a cottage garden.
It's 30 x 32 stitches, about 2.1 x 2.3 inches on 14-count Aida, in 6 DMC colors, with full cross stitches only. The cap is one big happy area of red, so it's relaxing and quick, and the dark outline makes it pop on antique white fabric.
It fits perfectly in a 3-inch hoop. You could also turn it into a fridge magnet, a little pincushion top or a card for a fellow mushroom lover.
