Hi, I'm Sara. I love a WIP (or six), and I love knowing how far along each one is. This tracker is how I keep my projects, my stitching time and my goals in one cozy place.
List your projects with status (WIP, Finished, Planned or Frogged), designer, fabric, dates and total stitches. Each time you stitch, add a line to the stitch log: date, project, stitches and minutes. Stitches done, progress % and hours fill in on their own.
The dashboard shows your WIPs, finishes this year, stitches, hours and stitching sessions, with a stitches-per-month chart and an hours-per-project chart. Change the year to look back. On the yearly goals sheet you set gentle targets for finishes, stitches, hours and sessions, plus a monthly stitch target and your stitchy resolutions.
It comes filled with clearly labelled example rows, so you can see how everything works before you clear them out. Works in Excel and Google Sheets, in 5 color themes: Sage, Blush, Lavender, Terracotta and Linen. Perfect for planning 2027.
