About this pattern
This little frog has decided the teacup is the coziest place in the house, and honestly, I can't blame him. He's peeking over the rim with rosy cheeks and a big smile, and the cup has little pink hearts on it.
It's a small, beginner-friendly pattern with just 8 DMC colors and simple shapes. The frog uses three soft greens, and the cup is stitched in pale and dusty blues, so the whole thing feels gentle and calm.
At 50 x 50 stitches it finishes at about 3.6 inches square on 14 count Aida. It fits a 4 or 5 inch hoop and works up quickly, perfect for a weekend or a few cozy evenings.
It makes a lovely gift for a tea lover or a frog fan, a cute piece for a kitchen shelf, or a happy first project if you're just starting out. I like it on antique white or cream fabric.
