About this pattern
A round honey pot with golden drips running down from the lid, a wooden dipper poking out and a little bumble bee looping past. The word HONEY sits on the label in tiny, easy letters.
It's 36 x 40 stitches in 7 DMC colors, about 2.6 x 2.9 inches on 14 count. The bee's flight path is a single line of backstitch; everything else is full cross stitch. It's quick, cheerful and a gentle first try at stitched lettering.
Oatmeal or antique white Aida suits the warm honey colors best. It's a lovely little gift for a beekeeper, a tea-and-honey person, or anyone who could use a bit of sunshine in the kitchen.
You'll get a color chart, a black and white chart, a large-print chart and a Pattern Keeper compatible PDF, plus a DMC floss key and a how-to-start page for beginners.
