About this pattern

For everyone who got a little bit obsessed with sourdough: a golden, crusty loaf with three floury score marks and their crisp ears, resting on a small wooden board.

It's 40 x 30 stitches in 6 DMC colors, about 2.9 x 2.1 inches on 14 count. The loaf is mostly one warm golden brown, so it's a relaxing, quick stitch, and the board has three short backstitch lines for the wood grain.

I like it on oatmeal Aida in a small hoop. It's a lovely gift for the baker in your life, and it pairs perfectly with the jam jar and the honey pot on a kitchen gallery wall.

How do I get my pattern?

Right after checkout you land on your order page with download links for every file, plus a "download all" zip. Links work for 7 days, and you can reopen your order page anytime to get fresh links.

Is this a physical kit?

No. This is a digital PDF download. No fabric, thread or hoop is included and nothing is shipped. The floss key lists every DMC color you need.

How do I print it?

Print at 100% scale (or "actual size") on US Letter or A4 paper. The black & white chart saves ink and is easy to read. You can also stitch straight from a tablet.

Does it work with Pattern Keeper?

Yes. A Pattern Keeper friendly PDF is included, so you can import it and mark stitches off as you go. Backstitch (if any) is listed separately, because Pattern Keeper only tracks full crosses.

What is the free bonus pack?
